At Yo Deschamps Photography, we aim to offer quality products and ensure your satisfaction with any artwork you purchase through our online store.

Cancellation Policy

If you ordered one of our prints by mistake or the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 30 minutes of submission at info@yodeschamps.com

Please note that not all modification requests can be met. Once an order has entered production, we cannot cancel or change it. 

Please note that as each artwork has been made to order, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Parcel

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged print, please take a few pictures of the damaged parcel and the damaged print and send it to us at info@yodeschamps.com within 24 hours.

From this point, allow us 48 hours to resolve the issue with our printer. In a short delay, we will send you a new print or a full refund, which is your choice.

Return Policy

In case of a damaged parcel, No return of your print will be required, but we will gladly send you a new one free of charge or give you a full refund.
