RETURN AND REFUND


At Yo Deschamps Photography, each artwork is produced individually and with great care.
We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and ensuring a smooth, reassuring experience from purchase to delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As all prints are made to order, production begins quickly.

If you realise that an order was placed in error, please contact us within a day of purchase and we will do our best to assist.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind are not available.

Damaged or Defective Prints

While issues are rare, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, we will make it right.

Please send photographs of the packaging and the print to our team within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review the case with our print partner (typically within 48 hours) and offer you the choice of:

• a complimentary replacement
• a full refund

No return of the damaged print will be required.

Our goal is always to ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.
